I watched career vidz videos when i was preparing for my interviews.These videos really helped me in structuring my answers. Even though i had lot of content to speak about in my interview but i was not confident with flow of answers, thats where career vidz videos helped me.

Before I found CareerVidz I could not pass a single interview. I would recommend Richard to anyone who is looking for a job. Interview preparation closes the gap between your experience, skills and qualification. You can have all these three but without being able to tell a good story to convince your potential employer.

Being a non native English speaker and born outside the UK with good experience, skills and education I found it challenging to interact during interviews, that's when I followed Richard.

It wasn't easy at first but now I mastered everything. My introduction on 'tell me about yourself' has been always my greatest achievement as I use this opportunity to cause the hiring manager ask the questions I want them to using the SEAT approach which aligns me to the job description, my skillset and the company.

Wanted to express my thanks here. I’ve always struggled with interviews, as I’m not the best about talking about myself, especially in a professional manner. 7 months ago I had an interview for a management position. I found your free YouTube videos, and watched so many of them. Re-watched them several times, took notes and adjusted the talking points to fit me, my experience, and what the company was looking for. I’m happy to say, thanks to your help, I got my very first management position. My first salary. My first time having insurance since I was 21. I cannot thank you enough. Now, I again have another interview for another management position outside of the retail world… which would be life changing for me. I have a phone interview scheduled so I’m hoping it goes well. Thanks to your tips, I now know not to underestimate the skills I have acquired, how to sell myself on my cover letter, resume, and in an interview setting. As well as I now know how to speak with confidence, and professionalism just from hearing how you speak in your videos, and the way you carry yourself. Thank you for being a great resource to so many people.

I had a previous interview and it required a presentation and I flopped. Only then I remember the very first job interview I passed in the USA as an immigrant was watching Richard’s video. I trained like I was in the gym every day when I got a recruiter call I was so ready with all the right skills I always struggled to communicate it professionally. Then I made it to round 2 I continued watching videos particularly for accounting and questions to ask at the end of the interview.Then I passed round 3 and had the final round and I watched Richard’s final rounds interview advice and behavioral questions. And I was asked to share a time I made a mistake and I did and ensured to include how I quickly resolved it and created policies and procedures to tighten controls that it would not reoccur. They were so impressed and I stole all the questions Richard advised to used in the end lol what advice would you give to the candidate to be successful in their role, what are the challenges and priorities the team is focused on and Long term company goals. Thank you so much Richard it’s the perfect job and culture I was hoping for and I got it🙌
