I'm so happy to share that I got the promotion! 🎉🎉Your videos prepared me to confidently answer tough questions and do well in panel interviews. I've also shared your videos with others. My first interview was with the director and hr associate, 2nd interview was with a panel of 4 people then I had to interview with the CFO.  With my technical experience and ability to articulate why I would be a great candidate for the position it certainly helped. The team fought to get me the highest pay possible. I applied for a supervisor job in a different department within my field. This made it very hard and each time the companies chose someone with experience in that department. So this last attempt I had to work really hard by studying your videos, taking leadership and communication courses along with studying and taking CE credits for that department. I was able to stress the importance of how adding my technical expertise it could be a benefit and help to grow that department.  Finally I got the job!🎉🎉 THANK YOU!!!
