Hi Nandi, if you’re not getting offers it’s usually one of three things: your CV isn’t targeted, you’re applying to the wrong level/keywords, or you’re not getting past the first screen.

Here’s what I’d do next:

Make your CV match the job you want
Pick one target role (Senior Associate or SME) and one domain. Then rewrite your top profile and skills using the exact keywords from 3–5 job adverts.

Show outcomes, not duties
In each job, add results like: faster turnaround, fewer errors, improved SLA, cost saved, process improved, customer satisfaction, audit compliance.

Fix your application strategy
Apply early, apply to roles that match 70–80% of your skills, and tailor at least the top half of your CV each time (profile + skills + 3 key bullets), but ideally all of your CV.

I cover this in full detail here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1cLzDTy5nRs&t=39s

Also, I would be happy to write your CV for you: https://cvmadeeasy.co.uk/
