Hi @nandi, I can help you improve your CV so it attracts Senior Associate/SME roles, but the key is to target it properly.
To start, pick ONE target role and industry (for example: Senior Associate – Operations, SME – KYC/AML, SME – Tech Support, SME – Finance, etc.). If you try to cover everything, recruiters won’t know where to place you.
Here are a few quick tips you can apply straight away:
- Put a 3–4 line profile at the top: your domain, years of experience, strongest skills, and the outcome you deliver.
- Make your experience bullet points achievement-based: what you improved, reduced, increased, fixed, or delivered.
- Add a “Core Skills” section with keywords from the job adverts you’re applying for.
- Keep it clean and ATS-friendly: no tables, text boxes, icons, or fancy formatting.
