After hundreds of applications submitted and bad interviews, I found Richard McMunn's youtube channel and learnt the correct way to approach job interviews. There was a lot on valuable information to be found, but I will mention the ones that made a sigfinicant change in the overall result:

1. Studying the job listing thoroughly.

With this information not only I tailored my own resume to the specifics need of the company, but I managed to grasp what the ideal candidate looks like. Paying attention to the desired traits and certifications you could add some courses to master technical language before your interview and demostrate a good grasp in the field you want to work.

It is better to be sightly prepared with courses and no experience than just being proactive and willing to learn from scratch.

2. Prepare for the most asked questions, it is impressive the amount of times they follow the same structure.

"Talk me about yourself"
"Mention you biggest accomplishment"
"What is your weakness?"

And so on.

I don't recommend going for a 100% prepared script as it strips you from being spontaneus and human, but having a structure and order with the points you would like to highlight about yourself it's always a good idea, try recording yourself or (even better) have someone to practice and roleplay a job interview, that way you can train your cadence, pauses and pronunciation spot on.

3. Studying the company history, values and recent news.

I was able to match with the company's work culture by watching interviews with the CEO of said company that I found on youtube and was able to take those key traits that they pursue and add it to my arsenal of strenghts.

I was also able to realize that I share those values and principles so it was easy to make them shine on my stories about previous work experiences and my own success stories.

4. Studying the staff, boss, recruiters with their public information in Linkedin, by knowing their education level and background you could find similarities with your own.

It helped me a lot to search on linkedin and learn about the recruiter, It made me feel less anxious to know a bit of this person before the interview, so I could visualize the situation better beforehand. If you are lucky you could maybe find out that you went to the same university or highschool, or pay attention to their areas of knowledge and find some common ground or articulate better questions to your interviewer.

5. Sending a short message after the interview via Linkedin, for example:

"Hello [recruiter], I wanted to thank you once again for your time and willingness during the interview. I truly appreciated the conversation and the opportunity to learn more about the team and the challenge of the role. I was left with a very positive impression of the approach and way of working, and I genuinely believe I could add value through my experience and attitude. I remain attentive to any updates and fully available to continue with the process should you consider it appropriate. Thank you again, and I wish you a very good week. Kind regards, -Your name".

Even after a bad technical interview (they targeted all my weak spots and I recognized the limit of my knowledge very early because of this) I was called to continue with the hiring process and the reason for that I believe it was because of this "thank you" message. Maybe it made me stand out a bit from the competition, even so if I was not an expert of my field they were willing to bet on my person.

I could keep mentioning tips but really its almost everything covered in CareerVidz channel.

I want to thank Richard McMunn for his positive impact and support on this challenging stage of my life (and the ones of many others). I finally got the chance to prove myself at my dream job and I finally feel that my life its going at the right track.

Sincerely

-Alex.
