Onwards and upwards!

I'd had a couple of interviews which were unsuccessful over the last year or so, mainly because I couldn't get my head around the structure of the STAR technique. After speaking with my mentor, he recommended CareerVidz, in particular this one. With clear and simple instructions, I was able to create a repository of responses that were easy to remember and as a result, I passed two rounds of interviews. Next month I will be starting a two-year international secondment with one of the Big 4 and I couldn't be happier!

Resources like this are incredibly helpful, especially for people who are neurodiverse and still developing their brain plasticity so thank you for taking the time to create them.
