Hi Richard,

I would like to inform you that I have got a 1st stage interview for a position as a 1st Line Support Engineer.

It is on Microsoft Teams by the way.

What resources should I use in terms of my interview preparation?

That’s great news, well done on securing a first-stage interview for a 1st Line Support Engineer role. An interview on Microsoft Teams is very common for this type of position, and with the right preparation you can do really well. To enable me to help you, please answer:

Is this role more service desk / helpdesk focused, or does it include on-site or desktop support as well?
Have they mentioned whether the interview will be technical, competency-based, or a mix of both?
