Hi Mr Richard! 😁

I just got the successful candidate call this afternoon for role of Customs and Border Control officer! They told me that I would be moving onto the next step: Interview.

I have skills in customer service ranging from handling money to helping disgruntled customers. I use computers daily and I am trained to have a keen eye when it comes to customer documentation.

What kind of questions should I look out for in the interview? Are there any specific tips you’d give me for this role?

(I have been watching your videos for a while and they’ve really helped me improve my interview game!)
