- Lead operational execution for pharmacy services, ensuring high efficiency, profitability, and excellence in patient care.
- Identify, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows.
- Mentor and develop staff through coaching and team-building initiatives.
- Address client concerns and develop actionable solutions to enhance satisfaction and maintain strong partnerships.
- Oversee staffing and scheduling to ensure pharmacies are adequately supported during all operating hours.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards, including URAC and ACHC requirements.
- Develop and execute training programs to enhance staff technical proficiency and customer service capabilities.
- Foster clear communication and collaboration between operations teams, corporate staff, and client representatives.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with inventory control programs, including 340B requirements.
- Prepare operational reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Promote adherence to Maxor’s Compliance Program and Ethical Business Conduct policy.
- Promptly report any allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department.
- Remain free from exclusion under the OIG and SAMS Medicare/Medicaid lists.
- Complete required training, as assigned, within the established timeframes.
- Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position.
- Hire, train and discipline staff.
- Maintain regular attendance in accordance with established policies.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Support performance evaluations, onboarding, and ongoing staff development initiatives.
- Attend industry meetings, training sessions, and continuing education programs to stay updated on trends and best practices.
- Regularly travel between pharmacy locations as needed.
- Perform other job-related duties as required.
