Hi all,
I’ve got an interview next week for a Project Manager role in construction. It’s my first PM interview (been a site supervisor before). Any advice on what they might ask or how to prep? Bit nervous tbh.

Also, because this is your first management position, I recommend you watch this video: https://youtu.be/58o5cm8I-Fs?si=3JrRxjsw2QEHYCoC
Let me know if you have any more questions or need advice 🙂
Richard
Thanks Richard, that’s an absolute goldmine! I didn’t realise how many different areas they might cover, so this is a massive help. I’ll definitely check out that video too.
Couple of those budgeting and risk questions make me a bit nervous tbh, so I’ll go over them properly before the big day.
I’ll let you know how I get on after the interview. Fingers crossed 🤞
